THE SIP & SKI LODGE
2020
Harbor Springs, Michigan
Tucked along the shoreline of Lake Michigan, this cottage blends Americana charm with thoughtful updates for modern living. Originally built as a fur trading cabin in the early 1800s and affectionately coined “The Sip & Ski Lodge” in the mid-1900s, the home had fallen into disrepair before being lovingly restored by our family team. We preserved original millwork and architectural details while reimagining the floor plan to support a more relaxed, lifestyle-driven way of living. With a primary suite in the hues of Lake Michigan, expansive views of Little Traverse Bay, and a kitchen designed for effortless entertaining, The Sip & Ski Lodge now lives on as a modern-day heirloom.
